01

Respect

Treat every participant, facilitator, and landholder with dignity. No harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or violence — verbal, physical, or online.

02

Honesty

Speak truthfully, especially in group discussion. Show up as you are, not as you think others want to see you.

03

Confidentiality

What is shared inside the cohort stays inside the cohort. You may share your own experience publicly; do not share others'.

04

Substances

No alcohol or recreational drugs during the program. Prescribed medication must be disclosed in advance.

05

Safety

Follow facilitator instructions at all times. Stop, speak up, or step back whenever you have a safety concern. The Safety & Emergency Policy applies throughout.

06

Devices and media

Phones and devices are minimised during the program. No photography or recording of other participants without their explicit consent.

07

Environment

Leave every location better than you found it. Respect Traditional Owners, landholders, and the bush.

08

Breach

Breach of this Code may result in warning, removal from the program without refund, and exclusion from future intakes. Serious matters will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
