Consult your professional
Before participating, consult your treating GP or specialist if you have any cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, respiratory, neurological, or mental health condition. Continue any prescribed treatment and medication throughout the program.

Right to decline
Forge reserves the right to decline an application or end participation where, in our reasonable assessment, the program is not safe or appropriate for an individual.
