Terms
These terms apply to anyone accepted into a Forge intake. By confirming your place, you agree to abide by them in full.

Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older, complete the application and screening process, and be approved by Forge in writing. Forge reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion.

Confirmation and payment
A place is only confirmed once payment (or deposit) has been received and Forge has issued written confirmation. Fees, inclusions, and any deposit terms will be set out at the time of application.

Conduct expectations
Participants agree to follow the Forge Code of Conduct, all facilitator instructions, and the Safety & Emergency Policy. Forge may remove participants whose behaviour endangers themselves or others, with no refund.

Health and disclosure
Participants must disclose any medical, psychological, or physical conditions that may affect participation. See the Medical Disclaimer.

Waiver
All participants must sign the Participant Waiver & Risk Acknowledgement prior to attending.

Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and transfers are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Media and confidentiality
What is shared by other participants stays inside the cohort. Forge may capture limited photography/video for marketing only with prior written consent.

Changes
Forge may adjust schedule, location, or facilitators for safety or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated as early as possible.
