01

Deposits

Deposits secure your place and are non-refundable, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. Deposits may be transferable to a future intake at Forge's discretion.

02

Cancellation by participant

Refund amounts depend on notice given prior to intake commencement:

  • More than 60 days' notice: full refund less deposit
  • 30–60 days' notice: 50% refund less deposit
  • Less than 30 days' notice: no refund

Transfers to a future intake may be available subject to availability and a small administration fee.

03

Cancellation by Forge

If Forge cancels an intake (for example, due to safety, operational, or insufficient numbers), participants will receive a full refund of fees paid or the option to transfer to a future intake. Forge is not liable for incidental costs (travel, accommodation, lost income).

04

Medical or compassionate withdrawal

Where a participant must withdraw due to a documented medical emergency or compassionate circumstance, Forge will work in good faith to offer a transfer to a future intake or a partial refund.

05

Removal during intake

Participants removed for breach of the Code of Conduct or who pose a risk to others forfeit all fees.

06

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
