Waiver &

Forge includes outdoor activity, physical challenge, group discussion, sleeping in field conditions, and travel between sites. Activities take place in remote bush environments with limited communication coverage.

I acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks including but not limited to: physical injury, fatigue, exposure to weather, uneven terrain, wildlife, vehicle travel, and emotional discomfort arising from reflective work.

I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, that arise out of or relate to my participation.

I confirm I have disclosed all relevant medical, psychological, and physical conditions, and that I am medically fit to participate. I will inform facilitators immediately of any change in my condition.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release Forge, its facilitators, contractors, landowners, and partners from liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from my participation, except where caused by their gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Nothing in this waiver excludes rights I may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

I consent to Forge facilitators arranging emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so, and accept responsibility for associated costs not covered by insurance or Medicare.

I confirm I have read, understood, and freely agree to this waiver. A digital or physical signature is required before participation commences.
