No exceptional fitness is required. Challenges are designed to be scalable. You will be asked to move, carry, walk and work — but the difficulty meets you where you are. Effort matters more than ability.

No. Forge is not military training, and no military background is required. The structure is borrowed from leadership development, not recruitment.

Is accommodation included?

Yes. Accommodation, meals and all program materials are included for the duration of the experience. You'll be camping in the bush — basic, comfortable, intentional.

Every challenge is risk-assessed and supervised by experienced facilitators with backgrounds in mental health, outdoor leadership and emergency response. Pressure is controlled. Safety is not.

How long is the program?

A detailed kit list is sent on acceptance. Expect sturdy boots, layered clothing for cold mornings, a journal and a willingness to be uncomfortable.
