How Forge captures, uses and publishes participant content — with respect, with your control, and with your story told honestly.

1. About This Agreement

This document sets out how Forge — operated by The Forge Experience (ABN pending) — may capture, use and publish photographs, video footage, audio recordings, written testimonials, reviews and personal impressions made by or about participants during and after the Forge Pilot Program.

By signing this agreement, you give Forge permission to use this content for promotional, educational and marketing purposes, as described below. This agreement is entered into freely, without payment or obligation beyond your participation in the program.

2. What We May Capture

During the Forge Pilot Cohort, Forge or its representatives may capture the following:

• Photographs — group and individual, during activities, meals, reflection sessions, challenges and campfire gatherings
• Video footage — of program activities, team challenges, facilitated sessions and natural moments throughout the retreat
• Audio recordings — of group discussions, testimonials and interviews conducted with your knowledge
• Written testimonials and reviews — provided by you voluntarily before, during or after the program
• Social media content — posts, comments, tags or messages you share publicly about your Forge experience
• Survey and feedback responses — where you have provided consent for use beyond internal review

We will always act with discretion. Content will not be captured during private conversations, personal journaling time or any moment you have indicated is off-limits.

3. How We Will Use This Content

Content captured during the Forge Pilot may be used across the following channels and formats:

• Forge website — theforgeexperience.com.au — including homepage, experience pages and testimonial sections
• Social media platforms — including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn — operated by Forge
• Paid advertising — including sponsored posts on social media and digital platforms
• Email marketing — sent to Forge's subscriber list
• Print and digital collateral — including brochures, event materials and pitch documents
• Media and press — including editorial features, interviews and public relations activity
• Future program promotion — as evidence of the Forge experience for prospective participants

Forge will not sell your personal image or data to third parties. Content will not be used in any way that is demeaning, misleading or contrary to the values of the Forge program.

4. Why Your Story Matters

Your willingness to share your experience — honestly and on your terms — helps Forge reach men who need exactly what you found. It is not a marketing exercise. It is evidence that this works.

We ask for this in the same spirit as the program itself: with honesty, purpose and respect.

5. Your Rights and Controls

5.1 What You Control

• You may decline to be photographed or filmed at any time — simply let your facilitator know
• You may request that specific images or footage of you be removed after the event
• You may choose whether your full name, first name only, or initials appear alongside any testimonial
• You may review any direct quote attributed to you before it is published

5.2 What You Cannot Withdraw

Once content has been published and distributed (e.g. a social media post has been live for 30+ days, or print materials have been produced), Forge may not be able to remove all instances. We will make reasonable efforts to do so upon request, but cannot guarantee full removal from all platforms or third-party shares.

5.3 Duration

This consent applies indefinitely unless you formally withdraw it in writing to info@theforgeexperience.com.au. Withdrawal will be applied to future use only and does not require removal of content already in circulation.

6. Testimonials and Reviews

If you choose to provide a written testimonial or review — whether in a post-program survey, directly to a facilitator, via email or on a public platform — Forge may:

• Reproduce it on the Forge website and social media
• Edit it lightly for spelling, grammar or length — never for meaning
• Attribute it to you using your name and state (e.g. 'James T., NSW') unless you request otherwise

We will never fabricate, alter the meaning of, or misrepresent your testimonial. If we make any edit beyond punctuation, we will confirm the revised version with you first.

7. Video Interviews and On-Camera Testimonials

You may be invited — never required — to participate in a short on-camera interview during or after the program. These conversations may cover:

• What brought you to Forge
• What the experience was like
• What has changed for you since

These interviews may be edited and used in promotional videos, social media content and the Forge website. You will be informed of how a specific interview is intended to be used before it is filmed. You may decline at any stage.
